Refund Policy
We want you in the room. If your plans change, here is how refunds and transfers work.
Full refunds
One rule for every briefing: full refund if you cancel up to 7 days before your event date.

After the cutoff, seats are not refundable, but you can still transfer.
Free transfers, anytime
You can move your seat to another briefing date at any time, free of charge, subject to seat availability.
How to request a refund or transfer
Email [email protected] with your name, the email you booked with and your briefing date.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, in USD. Your bank may take 5-10 business days to show the refund.
If we change or cancel a date
If we cancel or move a briefing, you can choose a free transfer to another date or a full refund.
Community membership
A refunded seat also ends the included 12 months of AiXCEO community membership.
